Elan Masliyah

Elan Masliyah is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and advertising solutions, currently serving as SVP of Enterprise Solutions at Radancy since May 2011. In this role, Elan manages a team focused on innovative hiring solutions and advocates for diversity, equity, and inclusion within the HR Tech partner ecosystem. Prior to Radancy, Elan held various positions at Monster from 2004 to 2011, culminating as Regional Sales Manager, and contributed to business development at Community Connect Inc., Rainmaker Media Group, and Urban Box Office. Elan holds a Master's degree in Sports Management from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor's degree in American Studies/Ethnic Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
