Tom Bennett

Tom Bennett is a seasoned administrative leader with extensive experience in operations and management within academic institutions. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations and Administration at Radford University since December 2017, Tom oversees the day-to-day management of laboratory personnel and activities, including the administration of federal grants and budgets. Prior roles include Chief of Staff and Assistant Vice President for University and Legislative Relations at West Virginia State University, where responsibilities included managing the Office of the President and advising on governmental matters. Tom's career began in the West Virginia House of Delegates, contributing to administrative functions and legislative processes over a period of 12 years. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from WVU John Chambers College of Business and Economics.
