Joel Foote

Joel Foote, PMP, currently serves as the Chief Information Officer at Radix Wire & Cable since January 2020, leading IT strategy, operational security, infrastructure, applications, and project management while optimizing budget and employee utilization. Previously, Joel held the position of Director of Information Technology at Tap Packaging + Design from 2006 to 2020, where achievements included transforming the technology department into a service-oriented operation, enhancing reliability and efficiency, and implementing standard operating procedures. Earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst, focusing on ERP implementation, business process reengineering, and communication with internal clients. Joel also excelled as a Consultant and Analyst at Accenture, managing projects for various sectors. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Ohio University.
