Charles Crain

Charles Crain is a research technician at the Ragon Institute of Mass General, MIT, and Harvard since June 2022, where expertise includes optimizing SARS-CoV-2 pseudotyped virus neutralization assays and analyzing CD8+ T cell responses in HIV-infected patients. Previously, Charles served as a microbiology teaching assistant at Northeastern University and as a research assistant at Brigham and Women's Hospital, contributing to significant publications and conducting next-generation sequencing for COVID-19 variants.
