Maria Nazarova, MBA, serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition & People Strategy at Raiffeisen Bank International AG, where previous roles include International HR Business Partner and Talent Partner. Prior to this position, Maria held various titles at Raiffeisen Bank Russia, including Head of Training Projects Development and Retail Sales Manager. Maria holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from WU Executive Academy, completed in 2015, and a Master Degree in National Economy from the State University of Management, earned in 2007.
