Kathleen Kelly

Kathleen Kelly is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in leadership roles within the rail and transit industries. Currently serving as Vice President at RailWorks Projects, Inc. and Vice President & Controller at Railworks Systems, Inc., Kathleen has held positions as Controller at RailWorks Corporation and L.K. Comstock & Company, Inc. since 2010 and 1983, respectively. Additionally, Kathleen served as Vice President at LK Comstock National Transit, Inc. until June 2023. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Health Systems from the Georgia Institute of Technology, obtained in 1983, Kathleen combines financial expertise with extensive industry experience.
