Yehia Badawy يحي بدوي

Yehia Badawy is a seasoned entrepreneur and professional with extensive experience in the technology and education sectors. As a co-founder of Rain since 2017 and founder of Digital Cotton since 2015, Yehia has established a strong presence in the tech industry. Previous roles include organizing multiple Meetup groups focused on Bitcoin, Blockchain, and Python in Cairo from 2014 to 2021, founding Camp Altitude to teach programming to youth from 2016 to 2018, and serving as Education Technology Lead at Green Valley School from 2016 to 2017. Yehia's background also includes positions as a Senior Research Analyst at IDC, Account Manager at NBK Capital, and a research intern at Cisco Systems. Yehia holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Hult International Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Cairo University.
