Michelle Cardinal is an accomplished leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the advertising and marketing industries. As Chairwoman and CEO & Co-Founder of Rain the Growth Agency since 1998, Michelle has spearheaded a women-led performance-minded agency that integrates strategy, creative production, and advanced analytics. Additionally, Michelle founded SheScales in 2019, focusing on empowering female founders to scale their businesses. As Co-Founder of Gallo Nero Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Michelle contributes to producing high-quality artisan olive oil. Previously, Michelle served as CEO & Founder of Cmedia, a direct response television media buying agency, and held key positions in media buying and client services at Williams Worldwide Television and KADY TV. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
