Perry MacLennan

Perry MacLennan serves as General Counsel at Raines Company since November 2023, following a tenure as National Representative for AIJA - International Association of Young Lawyers from September 2019 to November 2023 and as an Adjunct Professor at the College of Charleston from January 2018 to November 2023. Prior to these roles, Perry worked as an Attorney at Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, P.A. from November 2014 to November 2023, where responsibilities included providing employment counsel, defending employers in litigation, drafting legal documents, and handling appeals. Perry also gained insights into business regulation while serving on the Labor, Commerce, and Industry Committee of the South Carolina House of Representatives from February 2012 to June 2014. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of South Carolina and a degree from the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University.
