Russell Jack is a seasoned UX professional with extensive experience in leading design teams and enhancing user experiences across various industries. Currently serving as UX Manager at RainFocus since August 2022, Russell previously held the role of UX Team Lead at Via, where responsibilities included directing UX efforts for mobile marketing tech solutions. At Solutionreach, Inc., Russell built a UX team to streamline collaboration with stakeholders in healthcare messaging, and prior roles include Senior UX Designer positions at Owlet Baby Care and Ghostery, Inc. Russell's career also encompasses leadership roles at MasteryConnect and Software Technology Group, where product design and development were key focuses.
