Kaitlyn Sephton

Kaitlyn Sephton is an experienced professional in environmental conservation and institutional relations, currently serving as Manager of Institutional Relations at Rainforest Alliance since July 2018. Previously, Kaitlyn held the position of Global Implementation Manager at Future of Fish, contributing to global seafood sustainability initiatives, and served as Operations Program Coordinator at The Nature Conservancy. In earlier roles, Kaitlyn worked as Program Development & Fundraising Consultant at Wildlife Conservation Society, focusing on marine conservation education and grant proposal development, and managed the Global Marine Program for Wildlife Conservation Society from 2011 to 2016. Kaitlyn began their career with the Boreal Songbird Initiative as a Research Associate and Intern, supporting conservation campaigns in Quebec. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Environmental Science and Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Global Environmental Studies from Clark University.
