Tamara Salamacha

Tamara Salamacha has a robust background in leadership and program management within the non-profit sector, currently serving at Raise Foundation since November 2020. Previously, Tamara worked at the Australian Indigenous Education Foundation (AIEF) from September 2014 to November 2020, holding various roles including Programs Director and Pathways Director, contributing to empowering Indigenous children through scholarships and support services. Prior experience also includes positions such as General Manager at The Shack Youth Services and Residential Program Manager at Impact Youth Services, where operational management and team leadership were key responsibilities. Tamara's early career included roles at Life Without Barriers, and Tamara holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Technology Sydney, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma of Acting from Arts Educational Schools London.
