Thaissa S N de Oliveira is a qualified nutritionist with extensive experience in both educational and clinical settings. Currently serving as a School Nutritionist at Raiz Educação since May 2023, Thaissa focuses on the nutritional assessment and monitoring of students, developing specific meal plans for various dietary needs, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
