Jorge Aguirre

Jorge Aguirre is an experienced professional in supply chain management, digital transformation, logistics, and infrastructure, currently serving as the Freight and Logistics Head at Raízen since April 2011. Aguirre manages a freight account of approximately R$2 billion, overseeing the planning, contracting, and execution of 25 million tons of fuel annually for around 6,700 customers. Previous roles include Strategic Projects Team Leader and HSSE Corporate Manager, where Aguirre deployed safety guidelines globally and liaised with key stakeholders. Before joining Raízen, Aguirre held positions at Cosan Combustíveis e Lubrificantes, Michael Page, and AMERICA LATINA LOGISTICA. Educational achievements include advanced management training at IMD and an executive immersion in digital transformation at ISE Business School.
