Giovanna Suastegui, CAM, is an experienced Community Manager with a diverse background in property management. Currently serving at RAM Partners, LLC since January 2023, Giovanna has previously held Community Manager positions at Bridge Property Management, LPM - Lighthouse Property Management, and Brookside Properties, Inc. With foundational experience as an Assistant Property Manager at Riverstone Residential Group and earlier roles in marketing coordination and regional management, Giovanna has a strong grasp of maintaining and enhancing the value of multifamily assets. Giovanna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Morelos and an Associate's degree from National College of Business and Technology-Nashville.
