Alan Kashian

Alan Kashian is an accomplished facilities management professional with extensive experience in overseeing large-scale operations. Currently serving as the Director of Facilities at Ramapo College of New Jersey, Alan manages daily operations for a 300+ acre campus with over 2,000,000 square feet of indoor space and a team of approximately 80 employees. Previously, as Senior Director at Herc Rentals, Alan was responsible for construction and maintenance across 350+ branch locations in the US and Canada. Additional experience includes Senior Director roles at Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment and MetLife Stadium, where Alan managed arena operations and facility functions, respectively. Alan's career began with the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority, overseeing stadium operations for Giants Stadium. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Construction Engineering & Management, both from Stevens Institute of Technology.
