Arghadeep Dasgupta is an accomplished geotechnical engineer with extensive experience in managing and leading projects across various companies, including Ramboll, Road Building International, Spar Geo Infra Pvt. Ltd., Maccaferri, Brahmaputra Infrastructure Ltd., and Garware Technical Fibres Limited. Currently serving as Team Lead - Geotechnical at Ramboll, Arghadeep is proficient in designing geotechnical solutions, conducting soil analysis, and project management, with expertise in Euro, BS, and Swedish codes. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, multiple Master’s degrees in Environmental Science, Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering, and an ongoing PhD in Geological and Earth Sciences. Arghadeep also pursues an MS in Sustainability Studies, showcasing a commitment to sustainable construction practices and advanced geotechnical methodologies.
