Carolyn Sinnock Hill

Carolyn Sinnock Hill is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in corporate law. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel and previously as Senior Corporate Counsel at Ramboll, Carolyn has also held roles at Providence, an engineering, environmental, and disaster recovery firm, including Corporate Secretary, Trustee, and In-House Counsel. Carolyn's educational foundation includes a Juris Doctor from LSU Law (2007-2010) and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Business Administration with a concentration in International Relations from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (2002-2006).
