Dr. Bastian Wittstock

Dr. Bastian Wittstock serves as the Technical Director for Decarbonisation at Ramboll since October 2021, focusing on enhancing technical excellence in Life Cycle Assessment, GHG Accounting, and Carbon Management services as part of the company's Environment & Health business unit. Prior roles include Principal and Global Director of LCA at Ramboll Environment & Health, as well as Head of Building Sustainability at Sphera and Principal Consultant at thinkstep, where significant contributions were made towards sustainability performance management. Dr. Wittstock's earlier career includes positions at Fraunhofer-Institute for Building Physics and Universität Stuttgart, where expertise in sustainable construction was developed. Educational credentials include a doctoral degree in Bau- und Umweltingenieurwissenschaften from the University of Stuttgart, along with a Dipl.-Ing. in Umweltschutztechnik from the same institution and studies at Montana State University-Bozeman.
