Hossein Rezai

Hossein Rezai is a seasoned professional in structural engineering with significant leadership experience across multiple companies. Currently serving as Global Design Director at Ramboll since January 2020 and as Director at Milan Research Lab, which Hossein co-founded with Professor Antonio Capsoni in November 2017, Rezai specializes in advanced computational design and engineering analysis. Previously, as Founding Director of Web Structures from August 1996 to December 2022, Rezai innovated in fusion engineering, creating cost-effective structural solutions. Earlier roles included Directorships at Trigram Orient Pte Ltd and Trigram Partnership in the U.K., along with a Visiting Lecturer position at the University of Westminster, where Rezai also obtained a Ph.D. in Structural Engineering.
