Ivan Holm

Ivan Holm is a seasoned mechanical engineer with comprehensive experience spanning over three decades in the oil and gas sector and industrial engineering. Currently serving as a Lead Specialist at Ramboll since April 2017, Ivan Holm specializes in package engineering, production optimization, and maintenance. Prior to this role, a significant tenure at Maersk Oil from May 1985 to December 2016 included various leadership positions, such as Facility Lead and Integrity & Reliability Manager for the Dan/Gorm Asset, where Ivan Holm demonstrated a track record of operational excellence and successful project implementations. Earlier experience at FLSmidth as a Commissioning Engineer involved the startup and commissioning of cement factories across multiple countries. Ivan Holm holds a degree in Marine Engineering from Esbjerg Maskinmesterskole, completed between 1979 and 1982.
