Norman Tao

Norman Tao is an experienced professional in solution advisory and presales management, currently serving as the Head of Solution Advisory for Greater China at Ramco Systems since November 2019. Prior to this role, Norman held the position of Senior Presales Solutions Manager at PCCW Solutions Limited from June 2016 to June 2019, and served as a Senior Consulting Manager at Ataway from January 2010 to June 2016, focusing on consulting project delivery and support for packaged software solutions. Additional experience includes a role as Senior BD Manager and Executive Assistant to the VP at arvato Services (China), and a Delivery Manager at both Oracle and Pactera. Early experience includes a position as a Computer Technician at Yan Tai Archive Bureau. Norman obtained a Master’s degree in Computer Control from Ocean University of China, completing studies between 2000 and 2003.
