Jim Byrne

Jim Byrne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in ethics, compliance, and legal affairs. Currently serving as Corporate Vice President of Ethics and Business Conduct at Lockheed Martin since November 2021, Jim is responsible for the strategic direction of the company's ethics program and compliance training. Additionally, Jim holds the role of Proxy Board/Outside Director at Rancher Government Solutions. From August 2017 to February 2020, Jim served as Deputy Secretary and General Counsel for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and from June 2008 to August 2017, Jim was Associate General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer at Lockheed Martin. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a Doctor of Law from Stetson University College of Law.
