Anthony Flores

Anthony Flores is an experienced professional currently serving as the District Secretary for Rancho Water since September 2024. Prior to this role, Anthony held the position of Senior Executive Assistant at Vallecitos Water District from June 2022 to September 2024. Anthony's extensive background includes roles at North County Transit District, where responsibilities encompassed Clerk of the Board, Manager of Administration, and Paralegal from August 2013 to June 2022. Anthony began a legal career with Fredrickson, Mazeika & Grant, LLP as a Paralegal from June 2011 to August 2013.
