Ayotunde Jegede

Ayotunde Jegede (nee Oyewole) is an accomplished human capital leader with extensive experience in the banking sector. Since August 2013, Ayotunde has been the Head of Human Capital at Rand Merchant Bank Nigeria Limited, where responsibilities include guiding talent management, performance management, and organizational culture. Prior to this role, Ayotunde served as the Head of Employee Shared Services and Head of Human Resources at Guaranty Trust Bank Plc from February 2007 to June 2013, managing recruitment, compensation, and the development of a comprehensive HR function. Ayotunde holds an MBA from Warwick Business School and a B.Sc in Accounting from the University of Lagos.
