Doron Klotz

Doron Klotz is an accomplished Chief Information Officer (CIO) with extensive experience in trading technology and digital transformation within the financial services sector. Currently leading a team of over 100 professionals at RMB - Rand Merchant Bank, Doron oversees core trading systems across Africa, as well as XVA and market data platforms. Previous roles include CIO for Digital & Data and Head of Business Technology at Rand Merchant Bank, where significant achievements included the introduction of agile methodologies and enhanced governance in IT processes. Doron's career also includes leadership positions at Absa Capital, Accenture, and KPMG, focusing on trading platforms and consulting in capital markets. Complementing a robust professional background, Doron is currently pursuing a Master's in Digital Business at Wits Business School and holds several advanced degrees and certifications in management and information systems.
