Anita Marjatta Reller

Anita Marjatta Reller serves as the Director of Operations and is a member of the Swiss Executive Board at Randstad Switzerland since January 2021. In this role, Reller oversees the operational management of the Large Account onsite business, focusing on long-term relationships and innovative HR solutions across various industries. Reller has extensive experience at Randstad, holding previous positions such as Commercial Manager for Inhouse Services and HR Solutions, and Senior Consultant in Process & ICT, where significant projects included launching a new website and optimising HR processes. Additionally, Reller acted as President of the Schweizerische Vereinigung der Freunde Finnlands from 2013 to 2017. Educational achievements include degrees from prestigious institutions such as INSEAD, London Business School, and the University of Liverpool, alongside a background in hotel management and sports.
