Anisha Nadkarni

Anisha Nadkarni is currently serving as a Data & AI Ethics Officer at Randstad since January 2023, after previously representing the Netherlands for the Global Index on Responsible AI in early 2024. Anisha has a background in tech policy as a fellow at the Social & Economic Research Initiative, focusing on ethical digital policies in Malaysia, and extensive experience as a Lead Data Analyst at Randstad Digital Factory. Additional roles include positions at Agora Health as a UX Research Intern and conference reviewer for cybersecurity at the University of Oxford. Anisha's educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Social Science of the Internet from the University of Oxford, a Data Ethics Professional Certification from the Open Data Institute, a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP University, and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from LSE.
