Alfredo Gonzalez

Alfredo Gonzalez is a seasoned professional in product management and IT leadership with extensive experience in the technology and cloud services sectors. Currently serving as the Sr Lead Product Manager at RapidScale since December 2024, Alfredo previously held key positions such as Director of Product Management at Sangoma from May 2021 to December 2024 and at Enghouse Interactive from June 2014 to May 2021. Alfredo's career includes roles as Board Advisor at Corporación Financiera Valora, Regional IT Director at Transcom, and Director of Product Management at Presence Technology. Alfredo also has a strong foundation in IT, having served as Director of IT at SITEL and held positions at InfoGLOBAL, OPEN SYSTEMS GROUP, and Saint Louis University. Alfredo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Saint Louis University, earned between 1991 and 1995.
