Désirée Baer holds significant leadership roles across various companies, including positions as Verwaltungsrat at Rapp AG and AEW Energie AG, and as Verwaltungsratspräsidentin at Decasapa AG and Fortima Trading AG. Furthermore, Baer serves as CEO of SBB Cargo AG and Verwaltungsratspräsidentin of Chemoil Logistics AG. Baer earned a lic. oec. HSG in Finanzen & Kapitalmärkte from the University of St.Gallen from 1990 to 1995, followed by a Nachdiplomstudium Jus in Wirtschaftsrecht from the University of Bern between 2005 and 2007.
