Jennifer Sebastian

Jennifer Sebastian is an experienced professional in regulatory affairs and treasury management. Currently serving as the Director of Rates and Regulatory Affairs at Rappahannock Electric Cooperative since March 2022, Jennifer has a long tenure at American Electric Power, where various roles include Regulatory Analysis & Case Manager and different positions as a Regulatory Consultant. Previous experience includes treasurer roles at Saxon Mortgage, Morgan Stanley Home Loans, and other organizations, where responsibilities involved transitioning treasury activities and managing substantial financial operations. Jennifer's early career includes positions in cash management and research at Resource Mortgage and Moody's Investor Services. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from St. Bonaventure University.
