Engineering and Technical Support

The Engineering and Technical Support team at Rappahannock Electric Cooperative is responsible for ensuring the efficient design, operation, and maintenance of the Cooperative's extensive electrical infrastructure. This team focuses on projects related to substations and transmission, as well as distribution design, leveraging advanced data analysis and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to optimize energy supply and enhance system reliability. They work collaboratively to support both engineering initiatives and technical solutions, ultimately contributing to the overall goal of providing reliable electric service to REC's diverse membership.
