Chris Pamboukian

Chris Pamboukian is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as the Senior Director of Brokerage at Rappaport since August 2020. Previously, Chris held the position of Director of Retail Brokerage at The Rappaport Companies from May 2015 to August 2020, focusing on leasing retail space for landlords and tenants in the Washington D.C. Metro area. Chris's extensive background also includes serving as Vice President of the Retail Division at Tetra Partnerships from April 2007 to April 2015, and as a Commercial Real Estate Agent at Dulles Commercial from 2005 to 2007. Chris holds two Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Maryland, one in Technology (1984-1989) and another in Information Technology (2015-2019).
