Maria Hatcher

Maria Hatcher is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in overseeing commercial and mixed-use properties. Currently serving as the Director of Property Management at Rappaport since April 2016, Maria has previously held roles as a Senior Property Manager and Property Manager, managing over 1.3 million square feet of Class A commercial office buildings. Prior experience includes Asset Manager at Roadside Development, where successful operations were launched for multiple shopping centers and residential buildings, and an APM role at Caldwell Cos., also focusing on mixed-use developments. Maria began their career as a Marketing Assistant at Upper Deck and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications from California State University, Long Beach.
