Emilio Gonzalez

Emilio Gonzalez is an experienced professional in the field of finance and operations, currently serving as an SP&A Specialist at Rappi since September 2024. Prior to this role, Emilio was a Private Equity Analyst at Ashmore from November 2022 to September 2024 and previously held positions at Rappi as an E-commerce Global Ops Analyst from April 2022 to November 2022 and at Structure Banca de Inversión as an Analyst from August 2021 to March 2022. Emilio began a career in business as a Business Analyst Intern at Compartamos con Colombia during the summer of 2019. Educationally, Emilio earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Universidad de Los Andes in June 2021.
