Shiela Alicante

Shiela Alicante is a seasoned recruitment and human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Recruitment Consultant at MVP Global Search since November 2021, Shiela has also been an ESL Tutor at RareJob Philippines, Inc. since February 2010. Previous positions include HR-PAGS Officer at Mondo Cucina Inc., where responsibilities encompassed leading recruitment processes, onboarding programs, and policy implementation, as well as managing employee engagement and compliance with health protocols during the pandemic. Shiela also worked at Integrative Competitive Intelligence Asia Inc. in multiple HR capacities from 2010 to 2020, handling recruitment, payroll administration, labor relations, and employee development. Shiela holds a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication from the University of the Philippines.
