Michael Bryan

Mr. Bryan is the Vice President, Digital, Data, and Strategic Alliances at Allied Solutions, a wholly owned and independently operated subsidiary of Fortune 500 Securian Financial Group, providing solutions to more than 4,000 clients in North America. He is an operating and corporate development executive with full P&L ownership experience, strategic vision, and 25 years of proven success accelerating business growth, driving digital innovation, and producing strong financial and operational results.

At Allied Solutions, Mr. Bryan leads digital and data R&D, innovation, strategical alliances, and technology M&A to support revenue expansion in existing lines of business and develop new business models. He has completed 12 Corporate Transactions, launched 5 business units, 150+ partnerships, and 15 technology platforms. Mr. Bryan has held the roles of General Manager, COO, and Vice President in venture backed, public, and privately held companies in the consumer products, digital media, professional services, software, logistics, and finance industries. Mr. Bryan earned a BS in Marketing and Distribution and MBA in Strategy and Technology from Indiana University and completed M&A Executive Education at the University of Chicago. He is a member of the Indiana State Chamber Innovation and Tech Policy Committee and Indy CIO Network and an industry event speaker and a published author.
