Benjamin Callahan

Benjamin Callahan is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various prestigious roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Rational Chef Certified at RATIONAL AG since August 2022, Benjamin previously held the position of Executive Chef at Hilton Palacio del Rio Hotel from January 2020. Prior to that, the role of Executive Chef was fulfilled at Embassy Suites San Antonio Landmark from January 2018 to January 2020. Benjamin's career at Hilton Palacio del Rio Hotel began in January 2012, where responsibilities included serving as Executive Sous Chef, Senior Sous Chef, Sous Chef, and Banquet Chef. Education was pursued at both San Antonio College and The Culinary Institute of America.
