Felipe Ardila is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the food industry. Currently serving as the National Corporate Chef and KA & iKitchen Specialist Chef at RATIONAL AG since December 2016, Felipe is responsible for unit introductions, customer training, and recipe development. Previous positions include Line Cook at EDITION's Matador Room by JeanGeorges, Chef at Dantes Pizzeria Napoletana and The Dairy, and Head Chef at Mollies Hotel Boutique, where Felipe created seasonal menus and catered to guest requests. Felipe's culinary education includes a Professional Cook degree from Gato Dumas Colegio de Gastronomia and a Pizzaiolo certification from Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana.
