Tom Plante

Tom Plante has extensive experience in product development and engineering, currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Development at RAVE Sports, Inc. since May 1999. Prior to this role, Tom Plante worked at Deluxe Corporation from September 1982 to 1999, where responsibilities included serving as Director of Production Development, acting as a business liaison to international check printing operations, and contributing to operational efficiency and process improvements. Tom Plante also held the position of Manager of Engineering Research, leading a team of engineers in developing proprietary printing and automation equipment, as well as managing significant operating and capital project budgets. Earlier in Tom Plante's career, from March 1980 to August 1982, experience was gained as a Machine Designer and Manufacturing Engineering Assistant at 3M.
