Sarah Jay Kinnear

Sarah Jay Kinnear is an experienced property management professional with a strong background in various roles within the industry. Currently, Sarah serves as Franchisee and Director at Rawson Property Group since November 2018, focusing on managing the Rawson Properties Claremont agency. Prior to this, Sarah co-founded and managed Nomad Property Management Group, specializing in short-term rentals and guest experience management. Sarah's career also includes experience as an English teacher at ILS, where responsibilities spanned from early childhood education to teaching various subjects to second language learners. Additional roles include co-founding Flip-It, serving as an English tutor, and holding positions in customer relations and student representation.
