Dianne McEwan

Dianne McEwan is an accomplished Engineering Manager currently at Raycast since June 2024, previously serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Buffer from June 2019 to June 2024. In this capacity, Dianne led the Growth EPD team, focusing on enhancing product-led growth, user retention, and monetization. Prior to Buffer, Dianne held several engineering roles, including Development Line Manager at Prodigy Finance, where responsibilities included mentoring and career development for engineers, and Technical Team Lead at New Media Labs. Dianne's early career featured roles as a professional triathlete and various software development positions.
