Joy Lin

Joy Lin is an accomplished program and business manager with extensive experience in project management, continuous improvement, and change management, primarily in the defense and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Raytheon Australia since September 2018, Joy Lin leads teams focusing on Maritime Electronic Warfare and DDG Training Services. As the founder of Sigma Your Life and Simple Love Advice, Joy Lin applies Six Sigma principles to personal wellness and relationship guidance. Previous roles include Change Management Business Operations Manager at Cisco and Six Sigma Black Belt positions at both Cisco and Brambles. Joy Lin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA in International Business from WU and a Master's in International Business from the University of South Carolina.
