Christa Cyr

Christa Cyr is a seasoned professional in Total Rewards with a career spanning over 15 years in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Total Rewards at RTX since July 2023, Christa previously held the position of Director of Total Rewards at United Technologies from November 2015 to July 2023.
