Jim Hamakiotis

Jim Hamakiotis is currently serving as Vice President of Transformation at RTX, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this, Jim has been with Pratt & Whitney Canada since October 2005, holding various leadership roles including Vice President of Supply Chain Management, where responsibilities included overseeing procurement exceeding $1.2 billion annually and developing supply chain logistics. Additional roles at Pratt & Whitney Canada featured senior directorship positions focused on partnerships, digital innovation, and integration of aerospace firms, along with managing global operations and strategy for international supply chains. Jim's career also includes a tenure as Director of Operations Strategy at Kraft Foods from 1999 to 2005. Educational qualifications comprise an MBA in Strategic Management and a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, both obtained from McGill University. Jim also holds chairmanships at two aerospace companies, SPWAEC and Chengdu Aerotek.
