Shaun Toh

Shaun Toh is an experienced professional in digital payments and fraud management, currently serving as the Associate Director of Digital Payments at Razer Inc. since June 2017. Shaun's expertise spans global payment channel expansion, cost optimization, payment operations, fraud risk strategy, and operational compliance. Previously, Shaun held positions as a Senior Fraud Analyst at Alipay/Lazada, where analytics on payment performance and fraud risk prevention were key responsibilities, and as a Senior Advisor in Managed Risk Solutions at CashRun, focusing on fraud intelligence and strategy development. Earlier career roles included risk management at Cherry Credits Pte Ltd, operational roles at iFAST Corporation and NTUC, and customer service at UOB. Shaun holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Murdoch University and is a Certified Fraud Examiner from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
