Rachel O. currently serves as the Talent Acquisition & Employee Relations Manager at Razor Consulting Solutions since June 2021. Rachel co-organizes DisruptHR Fargo-Moorhead and previously held the position of FMHRA Programming Director at the Fargo Moorhead Human Resource Association from April 2020 to February 2023. Additionally, Rachel was the ND SHRM Workforce Readiness Director for two terms, spanning 2019/2020 and 2021/2022. Prior to these roles, Rachel gained extensive experience at Gate City Bank as a Senior HR Generalist and HR Generalist, and held positions as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR Coordinator at Corelink Administrative Solutions. Rachel started the career journey as an HR Coordinator and Human Resources Intern at Noridian Healthcare Solutions, LLC. Rachel holds two Associate's Degrees from Minnesota State Community and Technical College, one in Human Resources and another in Sales, Marketing, and Management.
