Bailey Oglevee

Bailey Oglevee is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the Head of People for the US and LATAM regions at Razor Group since April 2024, following a tenure at Perch as Associate Director of Human Resources and Senior Manager of Human Resources. With experience in managing people operations at Fairmarkit and providing care management at CozyKin, Bailey Oglevee has also held roles in program management and family intervention at Youth Villages and interned at various organizations in the mental health sector. Oglevee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Oregon and a Master of Education in Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Substance Abuse Counseling from Springfield College, along with executive education in Human Capital Strategy from Yale School of Management.
