Sharon McNulty

Sharon McNulty is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience across various marketing and agency roles. Currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition at Razorfish since January 2024, Sharon previously held the position of Associate Director at Formerly Known As, leading recruitment efforts across multiple U.S. offices. Prior roles include Associate Director and Senior Talent Recruiting Manager at Rauxa, as well as executive recruiting at Vintage Resources. Sharon also founded I speak DOG Dog Training, showcasing a diverse skill set that includes both marketing and pet training expertise. Educational credentials include a BS in Marketing from St. John’s University, a Professional Certificate in Digital Media Marketing from New York University, and certification as a Professional Dog Trainer from Animal Behavior College.
