Jackie Gerber

Jackie Gerber is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, customer service, and training. Currently serving as Senior Service Manager at RazorFlow since January 2024, Jackie also leads Gerber Uphouse Consulting as President since October 2013, where effective project management and client support have been key focuses. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Synchronoss Technologies and Carrier Services Manager at Frontier Communication, where Jackie emphasized communication and training on technological systems. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Documentation and Training at Synchronoss Technologies and roles in training and development at Riggs Bank and Chevy Chase Bank.
